How to deploy Flask on VDS?

Good afternoon!
I ordered VDS from FirstVDS at the cheapest rate (no panel, only with SSH).
I work with VDS for the first time, and in principle with Linux - a beginner. I shoveled the Internet, I can’t find a sensible manual on how to deploy Flask using SSH in stages. Tell me what to do.

I agree you need to know linux. What are the best resources for beginners? I have Ubuntu 14.04
