How to deploy django on Locum hosting?

Good afternoon!
I am new to Django/python. I'm trying to create a test project on Locum hosting. There uwsgi + virtualenv. As far as I understand, uwsgi is running and it needs to include an ini file with settings. If so, then it is not clear where to put it. Please tell me how to do it, who knows?
