Depends on what services you use beget
If it's a hosting, then here's a complete guide for django from beget tyk
If it's a vps, then for tests you can run via python3 manage.py runserver host:8080
Where host is the IP address of your VPS, don't forget to add it to ALLOWED_HOSTS
