How to deploy cooler on am4?

There was a problem during reassembly. I thought it would blow air from the front panel, then pass it through the radiator and blow it out from behind. Approximately as in the picture.
but it turned out that the mount on the AMD cannot be simply rotated and now the radiator is not located vertically, as in the picture, but horizontally. It turns out that it sucks in hot air from the vidyuhi and heats up in games to about 85 degrees. when it's around 90 I just shut down the game.
How can you turn a radiator?

Rotate the mounting frame on the motherboard 90 degrees by unscrewing and tightening the screws. EMNIP, there is a square mount to the board, rotate it as you like.
Although for the first time I see that the cooler does not stand up like that. Either the cooler is special, or the motherboard.

Either a problem with the installation, or the cooler is corny weak for the processor.
