How to deploy console application to amazon server?

On the Amazon Windows server, I launched some kind of console application (.NET).
Naturally, the task is to reinstall this program. Now I just upload the new version to the dropbox folder on the developer's machine, go to the server (Remote Desktop), stop the program, rewrite the new version from the dropbox folder and run it.
I would like to find an automatic way (without entering the server).
Advise ready (or possible) ways to solve this problem.
Thanks
Igor.

The service is not popular yet. In order to get an answer, you need to pull up specialists, but they are not interested. There is no incentive. In the meantime, "good souls" will appear ... it will take a long time.

Of course, I had no business with windows servers, but I think you can try the same thing as on unix. For example, deploy using rsync, or raise it on an FTP server. And I would stop and update the program using a script, for example, check every 5 minutes - if a new file appears in the folder, then stop the program and replace the executable file with a new version.
