How to deploy bitrix backup?

I'm trying to deploy a backup copy of the site on Bitrix, I created a backup copy on the desired site, downloaded the restore.php file and uploaded it to another server to deploy it,
but when I open this file in the browser, I get a 504 error, what's the problem?

You need to look at the apache2, nginx or php-fpm logs. Without the text of the error, it will not be possible to guess what the problem is.
