How to deploy a system image with all the programs to a new disk?

There is an "image" of the system with the .tib extension. With what program to deploy the system to a new disk?
They say it's Acronis. I installed True Image, but for some reason I did not find any items related to ".TIB" ...
What version is needed and what is the sequence of actions for this?

to summarize the DevMan answer , it turns out like this:
1. create a bootable flash drive / disk using acronis true image
2. write the tib file to it or to another medium that will be available (you can even over a local network through shared folders)
3. boot on a computer to deploy from a flash drive / disk
4. select Recover with the option to restore the entire disk
