How to deploy a python website on a local network?

Good afternoon.
Wrote a web application in flask. Now I need to deploy it on another computer and I can’t understand something and find how to do it on Windows.
Are there any specific instructions to do this specifically on Windows without using Linux virtual machines?
On Linux, find instructions without problems, but with windows there are problems.
I developed a built-in web server through PYCharm on my machine.
The point is to deploy on one machine and so that they can get to this application via the local network.
