How to delete such a file?

I used to use bitdefender antivirus. Then I deleted it through the control panel and downloaded avast. Now open the program files and see the bitdefnder folder. I decided to delete it, but it writes to me: the action cannot be performed, because. the file is opened in ProductAgentService.exe. I rebooted my pc and tried again. Again it didn't work. ProductAgentService.exe does not appear in Task Manager. I wanted to add avast to the virus repository, but it just ignores me (other files are quietly added). I would like to know some other ways to delete such files

ProductAgentServicemost likely in services, and not just in tasks.
Nakraynyak you can reboot into another operating system or try in safe mode.
