Installed Docker on Windows. After that the Android Genymotion emulator stopped working. When starting, I see an error

after that in VirtualBox, the image that was launched is not closed (it says "Stopping").
The standard emulator in Android Studio is launched.
When installing docker, I enabled Hyper-V is that a problem?
Is it possible to reconcile the software and make it work?

UPD: the standard emulator in Android Studio no longer works (black screen on startup).
