How to delete protected entries from a SIM card?

There is a phone with Android 4.2.2 and a SIM card from the MTS operator. When buying it, the numbers of Spravka MTS, MGTS, Oper Spravka, Express spravka, Edinaya spravka were recorded in the phone book. They are not deleted (and there is also a padlock on the top of the icon). From Google it became clear that in addition they are also paid.
Question: is there any program, even if it requires root, that can remove these numbers?

They don't need to be removed. In the dialer, you can put certain sources. For example, only gmail.

These are wired MTSa numbers, most likely it will not work to remove them.
Ruth will not help here, because. The numbers are written specifically in the SIM card.
