How to delete npm_modules folder in Laravel?

After npm install can't delete this folder, filename path is too long. There are a lot of investments there. How can I remove this crap?

I deleted it via console.
If it is not completely deleted immediately, just go inside at 70% nesting, delete the folders inside, then higher, by 30%, then from the top level
Command to delete rm -r dir_name
