How to "delete" (hide) all posts of a forum user with a style?

Hi.
I read different forums and the rubbish posts of the same users are very annoying.
Proofreading on requests "how to write your own userscript" showed that you need at least a basic knowledge of Java, but I don't have that.
Actually the question is - can I do something like this:
Find the name of the desired block (with a post) with something like AdBlock and add that if there is a link to the page or such and such text - hide it?
