How to delete / get a comment on a topic (discussion) of a VK group through the API?

Without the API, a hash is passed that is unique for each topic (act=delete_comment&al=1&hash=2df504a9e9adb5cb7c&post=-16937743_683541).
Plus, to get the comment id, you have to parse +10k comments in each topic.
