How to delete files that are not in the list?

There is a folder with many subfolders in which there are photos. Approximately 20,000 photographs in total.
I have a list of photos that I need, with full paths to them (/folder/subfolder/image.jpg), 1500 in total.
I need to delete all unnecessary photos from folders.
Prompt the program under windows for this purpose. Or under linux, but I'm almost 0 in it.
