How to delete all voice recordings from iPhone?

The problem is this. They are not visible on the phone. I deleted everything.

And in iTunes, they are displayed and even played.

Which way to dig?

IMHO something with the base, I had a similar one.
Download some file manager, for example, iFunBox or something like it, find this file. This is a sqlite database, count the zrecording table, this one (delete from zrecording). Upload the file back, sync.
