How to delete a folder that has become a link to the trash in Mac OS Yosemite?

Hello, friends!
Some unknown nonsense happened to me: an arbitrary directory on the external hdd suddenly became a link to the trash, everything that I delete falls into this folder, and it cannot be deleted
, it looks something like this prntscr.com/5ox616
ls -la

there is an ebooks folder and not a folder at all - and the link
neither chmod nor chown nor sudo rm -rf help , has
anyone come across a similar one? is there any guess how this folder could get tied up with a basket in makosi?

UPD:

The folder is not deleted on other systems (windows, linux), but you can rename it (and nested ones),
for example, on win7, such an error prntscr.com/5p3c37
But if the folder was simply not deleted, it would not be so important, but here is the fact that she is a link to the basket - terribly annoying

@Lerg

Try renaming, changing permissions with sudo. Logged in as l0k1?
