How to delete a file on Mac mini?

I bought this and a full-size keyboard, I feel like a Chukchi. I want to delete a file from the finder, I press cmd+Delete and nothing happens. I came across a similar question on the Internet, the person did not write how he solved it. Maybe they can give some advice here?

Your mistake is that there is no Backspace key on the poppy. Deleting a file is ⌘+Delete. And the Forward-Delete key has nothing to do with it. (^__^)
