How to delay sending an email in Outlook?

When setting up delayed sending through the Outlook application, without closing it, but simply by blocking the PC, as a result, the message remains hanging in the outbox, and does not try to send it anymore, it remains hanging.
Maybe I don't know some details. (I press the Send button)

When you've finished creating your message, click the Send button.

And when you come in and unlock your computer, don't you get prompted for a password?
There is a potential possibility that you have a problem with authentication. Then Outlook loses its connection to the server due to an expired session.
