How to define repository installation directories?

The question may be very stupid, but still, help. In general, the essence:
There is some basic repository with the following structure:
-username/repositoryName
--modules
---module1
---module2
--themes
---theme1
---theme2
And there is another username/module3 repository, I think it became clear what is the question, how to install this repository along the path username/repositoryName/modules/ module3 ? How to write a path?
ZY, so that there are no misunderstandings, all this is installed in vendor/username/repositoryName/modules/...here..., i.e. in the usual package
