How to define force/delete push in server-side hook?

Good day!
Colleagues, please help me figure out how to catch a "destructive" push on the server (in the "server" Git hook)? By destructive, I mean various, force, delete and similar pushes.
PS I found a solution on how to do this on the client side, but this option does not fit in any way, there is no way to control all clients.
