Theoretically, it is possible to check if the link to the head of the social network is highlighted in the visitor as visited. This is not a guarantee, but increases the likelihood. There is no other way, most likely.

You will not receive any data until the user himself allows it in the access settings within the social network.
And if you have such access allowed, then it should be obvious to you how to determine which API you connected to.
