How to defeat [Firmware Bug]: TSC_DEADLINE disabled on Intel D?

Hello colleagues! I'm using Supermicro with Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU D-1537 @ 1.70GHz (latest BIOS), Ubuntu Server 16.04.03 with kernel 4.13. I see in dmesg

TSC_DEADLINE disabled due to Errata; please update microcode to version: 0x700000e (or later)

Installed extreme versions of intel-microcode (3.20170707.1~ubuntu16.04.0) and microcode.ctl (1.18~0+nmu2). After reboot I see in dmesg
[Fri Oct 6 15:37:25 2017] [Firmware Bug]: TSC_DEADLINE disabled due to Errata; please update microcode to version: 0x700000e
[Fri Oct 6 15:37:25 2017] microcode: microcode updated early to revision 0x700000d, date=2016-10-12

Those. The firmware has been updated, but it is one "letter" behind the required one. Where can I get "0x700000e (or later)"?

@kisaa

On the manufacturer's website?

If you took it from there - well, write to them in support, why is it written 170707, and inside 161012
