A license for broadcasting is bought there, the salesmen will tell you. I can’t tell you the exact list, rtsp-server, api securos, windows ftp-server are involved.
When a request is received from the eccd, securos automatically generates a file with the specified time interval and puts it in a folder on ftp. After a short time, the child unloads him to himself.
