How to defeat "dpkg was interrupted"?

Hello. I recently installed Ubuntu 16.04. Everything was fine, but every day she began to fail more and more. Today it was just the climax, I went to the toaster from 5 times, barely launching chrome. When I tried to install something, I started to throw out in the console:

E: dpkg was interrupted, you must manually run 'sudo dpkg --configure -a' to correct the problem.

Well, of course, I did this business ... it runs for 20 minutes !!! and finally outputs:

Подозреваю что за этим и скрываются все глюки. Но я в линуксах на уровне создать папочку и поменять на нее права. Гугление ничего толком не дало. Вот все что вывело после выполнения команды:

Бэкапь все что есть на внешний диск.
После покажи сюда вывод dmesg | grep sda
Скорее всего диск полностью под замену

У тебя проблема с диском
Не перезагружайся
Забекапь все самое необходимое на внешний диск
Потом читай /var/log/syslog

я бы советовал установить после бэкапа smartmontools и сделать long-test.
Так бывает и при хреновом кабеле SATA и при дохлом диске.
