How to learn network technologies to become a professional P2P developer?
I took a course on computer networking , mostly about the TCP/IP stack, useful for a beginner.
Which courses/video lectures/online resources will provide more detailed information, in Russian or English? Perhaps there are lectures from CISCO or other reputable companies / universities in the public domain?

for the developer, you need to know the standards for implementing protocols and the general theory of building networks like the indicated course. Comparing free courses from YouTube and paid vendor courses, I can say that you will have to spend many times more time on free courses to find something useful and adequate in them.
the tsiska has nothing free, only old textbooks on torrents (and they have errors). Huawei can download textbooks for free after registering at https://e.huawei.com/en/talent/#/cert/product-deta... there is also a sample exam for which you can check yourself.

Just study the protocols you are interested in. Most protocols have an open specification + implementation repository.

Forget about video courses. Real professionals never make video tutorials. They are made by amateurs.
Learn from books. Difficult? Then it's your problem, deal with it.
