Good afternoon. Today I received a letter from the supplier with the Reconciliation Act in zip archive format. When opening, it gave an error, after that the files of all possible extensions of documents and photos were encrypted. Added (.VAULT.) to the name Help decrypt (recover) files

Don't listen to these "experts". It's NOT GPG, which is a good thing. And what is there is not clear, so for the time being nothing can be said about the decryption.
