How to decompile rom.classes

Greetings! Pulled jxe file from QNX computer. Under Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition / 1.5.0_11-b03, as I understand it under SH4. How to view the contents of rom.classes in a digestible form on a PC other than in WinHEX? The first 4 bytes of the file are "J99J". IDA Pro Advanced fails.

The config that starts it all looks like this:

config
#!/bin/ksh
