How or with what tools to decode a file encoded
by ionCube PHP Loader v4.7.1
PHP Version 5.6.2
At least 90% of the free ones did not find anything (online + programs).
Also, the file has restrictions on the domain, and I suspect that by using the regular means of ionCube. Those. the server still addresses on remote.
