How to decipher font names for Helvetica?

In general, there is a list of fonts that need to be included, but they are all from the same family, but with different styles (let's say italic, normal, etc.). How can I decipher these abbreviations, let's say BdCn, BdHv, etc.

Bd - Bold (700)
Cn - Condensed (Compressed)
Blk - Black (900)
Lt - Light (300)
Th - Thin (100)
It - Italic
UltLt - UltraLight (200)
and so on.
you can also double-click and in the font preview window look at its full name
