How to decide on the stack for the trading platform (marketplace)?

Obviously, it can be done on any stack. Theoretically, there are a lot of options: from wordpress + woocommerce to some modern stack with ssr, for example, nodejs + react.js.
But, here's how to decide. Or in other words, what questions should you ask yourself?
Questions that are spinning in my head:
1) how many goods will there be?
2) how many visitors to expect per day?

What other questions would you like to add?
Perhaps you have developed similar platforms and have developed a set of criteria used to determine the technology stack . I would be grateful if you share your knowledge.

ps I can make a mistake with the tags for the question. Correct, if so.

The main question is: which stack I know best of those that have the necessary functionality.
Everything else lags behind in importance by orders of magnitude, because the task, in principle, is trivial. And the likelihood that you will run into some technology limitations during development and operation is relatively small. And it usually increases not due to the requirements of the project, but due to poor knowledge of the tools.
The number of visitors is almost irrelevant, because on almost any stack you can do both bad and good.

The main question is a coherent presentation on 1-2 pages of the essence of the project.
It should be concretely clear what the project does, how and for whom it is designed.
This is your brief, or presentation to investors.
Further ordinary TK
While compiling, you can leave gaps or several candidates for technologies.
Then you proofread several times, add something, look at your team, substitute it in the TK.
In the end, you will get a document on which you can draw up a business plan.

on the stack that is cheaper to develop. Definitely not nodes with react .
But the problem of the stack here is the tenth one - it will be problematic to promote all this, and this is much more complicated and more expensive than all the stacks put together.

Marketplace > wordpress + woocommerce = no more reading.
If we are talking about a serious brainchild, applicants:
laravel - ideally.
React is ideal.
Nod is ideal.
Vue is ideal.
django - whatever.
Sharpe - capture.
And with these serious toys, you can already think about which team to harness where.
And when the question is: "How to define a stack?". - So in your head you don’t even have an understanding of why you need this and what you will do with it. And if not, the rest = fart into some water.
Questions like "how many goods will there be" or "what kind of traffic" are almost the last ones.
Open WB and ozone and think... what the heck?)
