Good afternoon! I don't do programming at all and have no idea about neural networks. But there are many old scanned films containing photos with movement, poor sharpness, graininess. I want to process them quickly, one file at a time, avoiding high memory and CPU usage on the PC. There will be approximately 2200 images in total.
