How to deal with static electricity in the office?

Hello!
Recently got a new job, a small room.
Below, in my opinion, there is a small production workshop - they roll a metal profile.
Nearby are gantry shops that run on electricity.
Now, I have very harsh static electricity in my office. Constantly shocks when I take on metal objects.
A lot of electrical wires are connected to the building next to the window. One of them is black and very thick. (a photo). Could this be from background radiation from the wires? And how to remove the charge from the body, I have been out of the office for a day and still I am shocked at home.
Thanks

One in the office? Does he hit visitors/roommates/households?
Which subjects? Metal ballpoint pen? Door handle (which door leaf and jambs)? PC case?
Could this be from background radiation from the wires?

145% no.
I'm betting 99% on dry winter air and/or a new piece of casual clothing.

When I was a computer operator on the ES-1046 (and the computer room of the EC-1046 computer is a huge room with its own huge and very powerful air conditioner), I very quickly developed a habit - you walk past a marble column (there were such columns in the hall) - touch it. Because the static flowed from the paper (and there was a lot of fuss with paper - printouts in huge packs, protocols) very quickly and it could not have been very sickly.
