In Yandex webmaster, it is possible to select a region or set "No region"
In the conditions for linking a region, you need to attach the address of the site page leading to contacts, what if the site does not have contacts, or rather there is feedback via email, in fact there is not even this page, but it can be created, but is there any point? If communication is by mail, and the mail address is indicated in the footer of the header?
Hence the question, which is better?

• Ignore Yandex notifications that no region is selected
  
• Select region "No region"
  

Or try to send to moderation, specifying a link to a page where there will be only an email address?
