How to deal with negative reviews?

Good day!
The theme of the site is an exchanger. They began to spread information about him that the site was engaged in fraud. Although there were no prerequisites for this. Written not only on other sites is not believable information, but also sent to a potential target audience. I found out about this by chance from one of the clients, who decided to clarify the situation.
How can you fight it?

They directly influence the opinion of the visitor/buyer. And the less time you have people on the site (or not at all), the PS pessimizes you in the search results due to bad behavioral factors. Fight - to make good honest content and services, to gain trust. There is no clear cut solution here. Talk / pay with the site administration, they may remove implausible reviews

Try to start a Blog on some resource like Spark. Write there about your problems, about how you solve them. Tell me about positive cases. Give an example of real reviews of your customers (find the most loyal ones who are ready to share their contacts).
If your client told you that such a letter has come to him, try to find out through the sender's address where this negativity has its legs.
In general, you need to work on forming a good opinion among your target audience. More positive articles about you in the search results and everything will work out.
