How to deal with ListView chewing?

Good afternoon
Drawer'a Actionbar'om is chewing on some devices.

Same thing with the listview on the main screen. Perhaps someone met?

I propose a somewhat radical option - try using a custom Toolbar instead of ActionBar

Use the Toolbar and set the root layout to android:fitsSystemWindows='true'.
