What to do so that goods are not duplicated when loading, for example, when different suppliers have the same positions. Filter everything manually?

If the goods are duplicated in Bitrix, then they are duplicated in your 1s.

Identical goods from different suppliers must be entered under one article initially. delete already created manually, transferring under one article.
