How to deal with click-through ads (click fraud)?

Hi all. Fighting Clickford. I collect all the information on the site. The screenshot below shows that the beginning of the unique name is the same and differs from other unique names assigned by google analytics in length. Maybe it's a click? I see several clicks a day for a month. But how to prove adwords?
Still, there is some skimming. But its hard to prove to google. Competitors click from the phone. And it is not a problem for them to change the IP. It makes no sense to add IP to the blacklist. Now I have found one service

Maybe I don’t know something, but why did you decide that this is a click?
