Hello. I have a dedicated server at Hetzner DC in Finland. In addition to him, I have a dedicated server in Germany, but that's a completely different story.

The bottom line is that for some reason there is a disconnection between clients in one application (not the point is important) and it is on a dedicated server in Finland. Maybe someone knows how to solve this problem.

A break may occur due to inactivity of the connection.
Tritely put ping on both sides and see if there will be a gap in a day

Found a solution. This is the cancellation of the hetzner dedicated server order in Finland. There are no such problems with servers in Germany)
