How to deal with bots during registration?

Good afternoon!
The next question is, what systems are there now to protect against the registration of bots on the site?
In our project, the task is to simplify the creation of a new profile as much as possible, so we decided to refuse any information during registration, except for email, everything else - later.
Maybe there are white / black-lists of email services or some other methods?
Thanks in advance!

A popular method that complicates life for bots is the use of captcha, it can be of varying complexity, but it makes life difficult for bots, forcing them to come up with workaround methods.

This WP plugin saves my blog from most spam - https://wordpress.org/plugins/invisible-captcha/
The idea is that an invisible field is added to the form. If it is filled in, then the bot/spammer/etc. If not, skip to the next level of protection.

I have been using WangGuard for
more than 2 years Scheduled or manually cleans users with spam registrations. Uses different databases and checks with them. You can additionally customize the answer to your question during registration.
When activating the plugin, you need to register and get your IP key. Impressions are only positive.
