How to darken around a polygon on Yandex maps?

I'm afraid not. This needs to get pretty deep into the Yandex code, but you have neither the source code nor the license for this.
If you only crutch some kind of overlay with a canvas inside, make it listen to map events and move too ... it's just a hell of a crutch, there are a lot of problems there.
