How to cut out Time bomb from Flash Player?

My project on traffic rules is coming to a logical end. The issue with time was solved brilliantly, although I had to spend enough time on experiments. There is one problem left. The jury passed on January 12, and when trying to launch the projects of the contestants, the EoL Adobe Flash Player window may appear.
How to cut a time bomb out of Adobe Flash Player and make it work?

Run not in the browser, but through FlashPlayer directly (unless of course you have a website)
