How to cut a custom slider?

So it goes.

There is such a slider.
Quite simple, I rolled it in a couple of hours, but forgot about devices with a touch screen.
Now, when I click on the arrow, the classes simply change and the slider works due to css animation.
But what to do with the same tablets?
After all, there is work going on with the help of a swipe, and a good slider should be able to be "captured" by a finger, and not go immediately to the next slide when swiping.
How to organize such a slider and how long can it take?
Or maybe there are sliders that support an approximate concept?
