As I understand it, the template lies in the form.result.new folder, but even if I completely deleted the contents of the template file in this folder or others, the output of the form did not change, although in fact it should not have been displayed at all, the cache was cleared, the template was selected exactly what is the reason may be?

Have a look at what template is selected in the component.
Are you using a complex webform component?
