How to customize tabcontrol android style and remove expandable/expand button from ExpandableListView?

The question is this: I want to write a good, beautiful android application, but there was a problem with setting the styles for the tabcontrol. Maybe someone has already done it? And how to remove the expand/collapse button from ExpandableListView, because It's enough for me that the text expands, just by clicking.
