How to customize Swiper Framework for yourself?

I use this framework in my project and there are several questions about it that programmers who know JS well can solve for sure.

1. How to make sure that at the end of the desktop scrolling, the desktop itself does not go beyond the boundaries of the "display", but simply stops, without the possibility of further scrolling?
2. Is it possible to make the transition between "desktops" smooth, as in android? So that the size and color of the tiles change depending on the position of the desktop?
3. Can I somehow make the notification panel slide out like on android? To be able to drag with a mouse?
