How to customize hostnames in Loganalyzer?

Hello, please tell me why some of the host names in the output of Loganalyzer are displayed as domain names, and the other part as IP addresses, I saw that there were no A-records on my DNS server for those hosts for which IP addresses are displayed, I registered, but in the output all the same IP addresses appear. I assumed that the problem is updating DNS records, however, on a server with LogAnalyzer installed, nslookup returns domain names, in fact, what could be the problem?

Check the PTR records - they are the ones that give the resolution "name by address"
