How to customize footer display in OpenCart?

Faced this problem for the first time, just do not know what to do!
OpenCart 3, using the Safira theme, I was editing the footer, public_html/catalog/view/theme/tt_safira1/template/common/footer.twig but it doesn’t display what I need at all, the footer is some kind of custom, it doesn’t find it in the site files, it can’t be changed I can, when I try to do something with styles, for some reason the layout flies, the footer appears the one I did, and the site header completely disappears. Really mystical, and I have no idea what to do and how to solve
