How to cure rabies in mice?

For some reason, the new mouse reacts very badly: either it lags behind the movement of the hand, or vice versa, it jumps at random - it's terribly uncomfortable to work like that.
UPD
This is a brand new Logitech for 800 r,
stuck the old Logitech instead of the new one - the same effect, it looks like it's in the computer.
Here in what there can be a problem?

Start - Control Panel - Hardware and Sound - Mouse. Try playing with the pointer speed settings.

Throw away (donate) and buy another one
