How to cure custom site search from google?

For several years, I had a custom Google search on my site. Everything worked. I recently moved the site to https and updated php from 5.2 to 7 in the virtual hosting settings (I can’t even imagine what else could have affected) and that’s it, the search for Cyrillic queries is broken - instead of “request” it tries to search for “% 25D0% 25B7% 25D0% 25B0 %25D0%25BF%25D1%2580%25D0%25BE%25D1%2581"
and of course finds nothing. Although he may have filed such a line earlier, but I didn’t pay attention, because everything worked as it should ...
In all places, in all possible settings, I have utf-8 encoding.
Any ideas how to fix?

It seems to me that the problem is in the settings of the integrated search, and it may also be that something is not indexed, but rather an error in the settings.
